Yes, you heard me correctly, I'm publishing a new book!
As usual it will be published by Teigr Books & Designs (which if you haven't figured it out by now, is me) but there is a decided difference...
It won't be published as a Kira Morgana book. It's also not an A. E. Churchyard book - although I have started writing Dark Cities Book 3 recently. More about that another time.
It's also the first book of the Clocks & Crystals Series.
The cover in the image is just one of the umpteen covers I created to make the actual cover. I went through so many versions and did so much digital drawing that my hands ached for weeks and I had to change my phone screen protector from wear & tear!
That's one of the things that they don't tell you when you become an artist; Carpel Tunnel and RSI tap you on the shoulder and say "Hello!" pretty regularly. Even more than when you're writing regularly.
Hmm, will have to tell Puff to lay off on the typing for a bit, and ask Salvador to let up on the art inspiration...
If you're interested in Teacups & Time Travel, it's currently in Pre-Order and the publication release date for the E-book is set for 30th April, 2026
Here's the blurb:
Born into wealth and luxury, with a T'tee talent so strong that people would go to great lengths to gain it in their bloodline, Lady Elizabeth's world turned upside down when her Father and Brothers were killed in an accident.
Fleeing her world, she went looking for herself; but responsibility and duty would not wait for her. Teacup retrieved Lady Elizabeth from the world she'd settled on, because she was the only T'tee strong enough to take on The League of Time Correction.
Now she must jump through time and space to save all the Worlds on The Hall, not just hers.

If you're looking for a new-to-you read or want to listen to an audiobook, then I have some more book news.
Both Blossom & Kitsune and Snow & Kitsune have been given a print format and an audio format. Unfortunately I cannot make Snow & Kitsune's print or audio formats free - for the print I have to cover the print-on-demand costs, and I don't set the price of the audio format; that's done by Apple books because I used Apple books' Digital Voice Narration. It is essentially Apple's AI narrator, so I couldn't do much to it other than choose the voice.
I know AI audio book narration is an ethical minefield. I don't like that I've had to do this - but I don't have the wherewithal to set up a recording booth at home, or pay for a recording studio, to record my own voice doing the reading.
This is a goal that I have set myself - to record my own books for audio. I know how to do it (I spent a year learning how), I just need to get the set up.
If you're wondering why I don't just do royalty splitting and use a proper narrator, I'm a major control freak when it comes to my own work.
I struggle to let things out of my purview; even doing the apple books was a massive step in this regard. Why I'm like this is easier - I'm Neurodivergent, probably both Autistic and ADHD, and being in control of my writing, art, publishing etc is how I have lessened the anxiety that comes with the traditional publication system.
Lessening that anxiety has allowed me to become more creative and try new avenues of creation, to write and continue writing the stories that clutter up my mind.
I have to leave the audiobooks up for six months - hopefully in the meantime, I can get a recording booth set up at home.
Anyway, if you're interested in the audio books, you can find them on Apple Books along with the Land Far Away Audio Books. The Print books will be available some time this week through the usual retailers.
And if you're new to my site (and don't already have one), you can find the free copy of Blossom & Kitsune by going to the Mailing list option in the menu and putting your email in.
Yes, I'm collecting emails, but I can assure you that the information won't be used for anything more nefarious than a newsletter (when I get it up and running) with book news, a little personal news and possibly a free read or two...
When the Print books are available, I will be offering them, author signed with a little care package, through the TBD web shop along with the other print books... come over and visit!
You'll find much more there than just the shop though, I post on there more frequently and often put up pictures of my artwork and designs. I'm currently raising money to try and buy an A3 Scanner/Printer, so I can move onto the next stage of my illustration journey - actually publishing my own children's books.
But that's a whole new post - I'll save that for another time....
TTFN!
